The Council Of Evil #288825
Description
We are the Council Of Evil (COE), the owners of Villain.net which is a website with a long string of digits for a URL. We also used govern all villiany on Earth, but since I, Nightshade, took command, the villainoy throughout the whole universe is now governed by us. The Council members, 8 powerful figures of darkness, rule the council, 3 of which are extra powerful. The Dark Lords. I am the most powerful dark lord, the Dark Overlord: Nightshade, also known as fredcv, and I will bring the Council Of Evil to be the rulers of the whole universe!
