Description
The Bureau of Naval Personnel is tasked with handling and providing Administrative Leadership and policy planning for the United States Navy. It serves as the parent and oversight command for the Navy Personnel Command. The Bureau of Naval Personnel also handles Enlisted Distribution into the various commands of the US Navy, providing even and adequate personnel for each command or division. The Bureau of Naval Personnel is led by the Chief of Naval Personnel.
