The Kingdom of Swadia was originally an Absolute Monarchy. After a while it seemed the King needed advisors to help him with matters. He Created the Senate of Swadia. The Senate were really much more of Council then a democracy. The Senate could propose laws which went through the king but they voted among the praetor's. There were 3 Praetors in the Senate. Praetor of military: Dealt with Military affairs. Praetor of Law: Dealt with making laws and criminal affairs. Praetor of Foreign Affairs: Dealt with diplomacy. The 3 Praetor's are equal in ranking.
