The X-Files personnel are in charge of Unusual Incidents and Intelligence for The Foundation, people who are in the X-Files are also known as I.A or Intelligence Agents due to the fact that they have to gain knowledge. X-Files personnel are hand picked from The Security Department and Mobile Task Force.
