Simply put, the primary goal of Neighbor's Club is to make friends through different activities approved by all members of the club. as for how we manage our budget, we ocasionaly distribute small amounts to each of the members at random times as an gift or for specific events, such as an game we might play and end up as an prize, (still undicided how much would fit an winner of an game with our current funds)
