They are the archives of V.I and are sworn to secrecy from any info they know. Only Documenters and up have access to the secondary data archives. Only Level-06 Scientists and up have access to the main archives. Only Exploration Commanders and up have access to the Top Secret archives. Telling anyone info that does not have the clearance to see, or hear it will result in immediate termination.
