Today, the cells of the splintered Insurgency band together for the greater good of them all. Today, we no longer stand as divided factions, warring against each other for supremacy. This coalition was created to bring the cells together, and do this it shall! In order to join the Committee you must own a Chaos Insurgency, or be appointed a Delegate by the Director of one.
