De Dienst Speciale Interventies (DSI) is 1 juli 2006 opgericht als overkoepelende dienst speciale eenheden bij het Nederlandse Korps landelijke politiediensten (KLPD). Deze dienst voert bij terrorismegerelateerde situaties, situaties van grof geweld of in bijzondere gevallen de algehele leiding over het inzetten van de speciale eenheden (ofwel units).
