Description
Mission Statement: Tactical Realism Group. We strive to create a military environment as closely accurate as possible while still maintaining a fun and functioning environment. Background: The 503rd is an infantry regiment under the 173 Airborne Brigade. We are based in outside of Venice, Italy and are used as a conventional airborne unit for circulation into war theaters. Advancement: To advance from recruit you must attend and pass several training courses The three training courses you will attend are Basic Training (In-game), Airborne/Air Assault (In-game / PowerPoint Presentation), Tactics training (PowerPoint Presentation). After successful completion of all three courses you will be placed into a platoon. Platoons: Each platoon is commanded by a platoon leader (2nd LT). He then can pick up to 1/5 the members in his platoon to be NCOs (Sergeants). Each platoon will have a max cap set on it to be competitive to stay into the platoon. Assets: Uniforms are for sale
