1922年7月15日に創設された日本の左派政党であり、日本で最も古い歴史を持つ政党の一つです。平和主義と民主主義を重視しています。主な政策として、日本国憲法（特に第9条）の厳格な擁護、そして非同盟・中立の外交を掲げています。現在の資本主義の枠組みの中で民主的な改革を進め。 Founded on July 15, 1922, one of the oldest active parties in Japan. Its core platforms include the strict defense of the Japanese Constitution (particularly the pacifist Article 9), and a non-aligned, neutral foreign policy. The party advocates for democratic reforms within the current capitalist framework.
