Welcome to the Navy Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps! Our Core Values: Honor, Courage, and Commitment! Ranking Requirements: If you are currently in NJROTC please PM the current Group Owner at that time and write out your current rank in the program including what you do in your unit! (i.e. if you're a team commander, staff officer, community service, etc...) All cadets will have a job! Staff Officers/Department Heads: C/CO: In charge of designing and building the group into a powerful and well developed unit. C/CMC: In charge of training new cadets! You can do this on your own time and train them in the Basic Leadership Training place (soon to come.) C/XO: In charge of events and building departments! You will set up events and make sure any cadet that signs up will be there no matter what. C/OPS: In charge of finding events and finding the OIC of events. C/SUPPLY (CHOP): In charge of finding/building the uniforms for cadets. You are in charge of supplying all the cadet
