With over 12 million people in the city by 1941, the city would be the capital of, at this time, The British Empire. It would also be a major trade port, with the Thames running through it. Despite it not being the largest city in the Empire, it would most likely be the most important economically to the Empire. Become a citizen, or be apart of the government, of this great city today.
