Description
Outer Heaven was an armed mercenary stronghold located in South Africa. It was the headquarters of Big Boss' private mercenary company of the same name. Its purpose was to offer soldiers a life outside the control of the Patriots, where they would always have a place, whether it be in battle or in society in general. A gathering place for the world's foremost mercenaries, Outer Heaven dispatched arms and soldiers to battlegrounds throughout the world with the intent to control wars
