Scout officers never give free promotions. 3. Do not disobey a Scout Officer. . 4. Do not insult any higher ranks above you. 5. At HQ or Training camp you need to have a uniform 6. Patrol at Least once a week or longer 7. Obey all the rules 8. Have good grammar don't do "Plz"say Please Follow the rules 9. Put a period at every sentence like this "follow these rules for promotion".
