|| Goat (黒山羊) is an organization formed by the One-Eyed King and comprised of very select members to be an Anti-Shinobi Organization, killing shinobi in order to get the world's attention and allow them to bring the unions to a table where they can negotiate allowing for the creation of a world where both regular citizens, Shinobi, and even creatures may live together equally. The goal is to be an organization which helps the weak to become strong so that they may rely on themselves properly, and to secure a safe & peaceful world with no injustices or conflict.
