Description

The Chaos Insurgency, unlike the Foundation who simply "store" their SCPs, would like to utilize the artifacts, most likely as weapons. The Insurgency also wants to take down the SCP Foundation by possibly unleashing several dangerous SCPs. The Chaos Insurgency has access to a more limited amount of SCPs than the Foundation.

Growth

3 measurements spanning 46 days, net -2. Dots are measurements; the straight line between them is drawn to join them, not to claim we know the path taken in between — snapshots are recorded only when a count changes, so gaps mean “no change observed”, never “interpolated”. The vertical axis spans 539–541 and does not start at zero.
