-U.S.AAF- United States Army Air Force #2991436
Description
The United States Army Air Force was originally named the United States Army Air Corps until 1941 when it changed. There was up to 16 numbered Air Forces in the USAAF. Only Officers can be official Pilots, and only Generals can command a Numbered Air Force. In Echelon We Carry On! Nothing'll Stop The Army Air Force! You get assigned to a Numbered Air Force, if it gets too full you get selected to be re-assigned. You decide on the role you want to take and you'll get trained for it. You get trained to fly certain types of planes and have a role on one weather it's pilot, Bombardier, navigator, radio operator, aerial gunner, crew chief, ground crew and many more roles that the United States Army Air Force has to offer. Some of them you get paid for. You also get assigned to a Group such as a Bomb Group, Fighter Group, Troop Carrier Group, Liaison Group and many others.
