⚓📢 NAVAL HEADQUARTERS WELCOME ANNOUNCEMENT “Attention, Navy Headquarters personnel. On behalf of the Navy Secretary's, Welcome to Naval Headquarters Command, the highest echelon of naval leadership within the VUSN. You have been selected not as recruits, but as Admirals and Top ranks — entrusted with authority, responsibility, and the strategic direction of our forces. Your presence here represents discipline, experience, and command-level excellence. As members of this division, you are expected to uphold the highest standards of conduct, leadership, and professionalism at all times. You are not merely part of the Navy — you are the decision-makers who guide it. Cooperation, tactical awareness, and loyalty to the VUSN chain of command are mandatory. Failure to meet expectations will result in immediate review by High Command. Stand ready. Lead with honor. Command with precision. Welcome to Admirational Command.”
