They did not perfect the process of Synth production but they did leave behind many possible scientific advancements. Now, the Commonwealth Institute of Technology, often referred to as the Institute is trying to fix the war revenged world and is in need of scientists that can help. Other factions within the commonwealth are posing a threat to the Institute, Synths are being made at an amazing rate and war is inevitable.
