Roger. The crew is fermented into segments differing from all crew members being under the captain's command. Whitebeard is referred as "Pops" from the crew members, which he refers to as "Sons". Whitebeard Pirates will continue the journey across the world, conquering those who are corrupt and protecting those who are weak. ------------------------------------------------------------------ Rules: 1)Do not kill fellow brothers (crewmates). 2)Obey orders from your rightful division captain or crew captain. 3)Never leave a brother behind. 4)Loyalty is the key to a strong bond, always stay loyal. 5)Any issues or disagreements will be settled in a duel (non-death.)
