Description
A Commission. Must be a Slavic Organization, or originating from the former Soviet Union. Must have and maintain the rough outline of the Bratva structure. Must follow the Commission code. (The Zakone) Meetings are held once a month. More if necessary. A organization may bring no more then three reps. All reps must be Vory V Zakone. (Brigadier or higher)
