Welcome everyone to the Lifters Unite Club! Even if you do not lift feel free to join! On this page we can give each other tips and advice. Lifting weights has changed my life, and I want to help others find their passions even if it's not weight lifting. With that being said whatever form of exercise you enjoy whether that be running, biking, yoga, swimming, dancing, or whatever it is, feel free to talk about it!
