Description
🏛️🧑🏼⚖️ 𝐋𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐫'𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 ⚖️📜 ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ The Lord Chancellor's Department is responsible for maintaining the Judiciary and Bar of Greater Britain. The Department is almost entirely removed from general party politics, with the Lord Chancellor a Great Officer of State appointed only by the King, allowing more stable running, although the highest appeal justices are the Lords Justice of Appeal in Ordinary in the House of Lords.
