Description
The Provinces of the North are groups of spread out barbaric towns and cities. Located in Germania, modern day Germany, they are one of the most vast barbaric tribes of the known world. Using imperial traditions of ruling, they hold conquered territories using fear and harsh discipline. Generals are under the Emperor's will. Becoming a general could put you in a seat of the council or back to a life of imprisonment. Province citizens must enlist in the military to become a politician. Era: 7th Century
