Description
Similar to the Scientific Department of the SCP Foundation, the Research & Development Wing operates on Insurgency Test Subjects, using them to test the usefulness of Stolen SCP's. Many members of the R&D Wing operate directly for the sole purpose of figuring use of SCP's, rather then learning how to contain them. Members of this wing also try to find information on how to prevent a breach, in-case the SCP ever decides it doesn't want to be apart of The Insurgency. The Division works very closely with the Security Wing of The Insurgency, as the Security Wing often provides guards for all of the R&Dès tests.
