A human- ethnocentric fascist galactic government that replaced the Galactic Republic in the aftermath of the Clone Wars and the galactic civilization into a new age, promising peace and stability upon the galaxy. The Galactic Empire was founded and ruled by Emperor Sheev Palpatine assisted by Grand Vizier Sate Pestage and Imperial Executor Darth Vader. The Empire was known for its xenophobic character and policies of extreme secrecy, subterfuge, and territorial expansionism.
