Description
In the year 2301 the three territories of this Galaxy were united under a common banner, forming the Unified Galactic Territories. Each Territory is represented in the Galactic Council by a Councillor from that Territory. Galactic Councillors are chosen by the Vice Chairman of their respective Territory. The Council is chaired by the President of the Galactic Council. There is one Vice Chairman of the Territories from each of the three Territories. The Vice Chairmen are chosen by the Chairman and are usually well-respected ex-Galactic Councillors. The Chairman of the Territories is the head of the galactic executive and also serves as High Commander of the Galactic Expeditionary Force.
