Tier 1 may be on there but may not play a lead role in a major situation e.g Shootout Tier 2 may assist in a major situation, however, play no lead role in it. Tier 3 is well trained and may take part in SOME Major Situations Trained Security may take part in all situations. Instructor+ may host trainings!
