IF, they run away and are firing at you, you cannot chase them to the end of the earth. 3. Semi-Serious Roleplay. Roleplaying is not always required but is required most of the time. 4. No discrimination. :Regarding Factions: To create a Fallout 4 Minor Faction, you must: 1. Have at least 10 members. 2. Be dedicated to playing on the server. 3. Known how to run large groups. To create a Fallout 4 Major Faction, you must: 1. Have at least 20 members. 2. Be dedicated to playing on the server. 3. Know how to run community's.
