Description
Welcome to West Midlands Police. This is the police department for Birmingham. Birmingham is located in the West of England, hence the name of 'West Midlands Police'. We patrol ALL areas of Birmingham, including, around the knife dealer etc. We must read out the British Rights, unless the suspect already knows them. If they do not, you MUST MUST MUST tell them the rights. If failing to do so, you may be suspended/put in the PCSO rank for some time. This part is CRUCIAL. You MUST know your states. Some are easy like: State 2 - On Patrol etc.
