The Singularity is a group of highly organized, like-minded mutants who reside both inside the Cerberus Complex and in the Halfmoon region. Many blame the work of a hidden group somewhere in the woods is to blame for the disappearance of lone scavengers, stolen technology, and other “supernatural acts”; with differing opinions from the many individuals in the area, no one is certain.
