Description
"ELITES" The Naval Special Warfare Command, or SPECWARCOM is a special forces branch of the UNSC. The SPECWARCOM was a direct subordinate to Unified Ground Command and indirectly to UNSC High Command. Under the leadership of the corresponding "SPECWAR Director", the SPECWARCOM served as a special forces unit for both naval and ground forces. The Command had jurisdiction over extremely elite units such as the Spartan IIs and ODST, making them a force to be reckoned with. Motto "Excellence in actions, always"
