Guardsmen number in untold billions, so many that the Adeptus Administratum cannot put a figure on the number of active guardsmen. They are the first into the fight, they charge through the gunfire, they storm the trench, they hold the line. They are the shield, and upon them the enemies of the Imperium will break like water on a mountain. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
