Description

The Harbinger Council Founded and led by NonStopVexa ------------------------------------------ Forged in the frozen shadows of the north, The Harbinger Council stands as the Tsaritsa’s most elite order — an assembly of cunning tacticians, ruthless enforcers, and loyal emissaries. Bound by oath and ambition, they carry out the will of the Throne, shaping the fate of nations through diplomacy, deception, and decisive force. Each Harbinger bears a title, a mask, and a purpose — united under one banner to bring the world into the embrace of the Tsaritsa’s vision. ------------------------------------------ "All for the Tsaritsa. All for the Council." Era I: The Frostbound Rise Creation: 8/7/2025

Growth

2 measurements spanning 70 days, net -3. Dots are measurements; the straight line between them is drawn to join them, not to claim we know the path taken in between — snapshots are recorded only when a count changes, so gaps mean “no change observed”, never “interpolated”. The vertical axis spans 6–9 and does not start at zero.
