Description
The Currency Enforcement and Transport Authority was first established as a government agency that gained so much wealth and power, they managed to take over Aurum city by force, absorbing its former police, military, and government structure into itself. CETA now extorts all production and wealth from Aurum City, and oppresses its citizens into conformity and puts down any resistance.
