The West Coast Express is a commuter railway serving the Lower Mainland region of British Columbia, Canada. It is owned and operated by the region's transit authority, JTOWMVT60. It provides a link between Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley Regional District and is the only commuter railway in Western Canada.
