Description
Old financial group. Nox Cap was originally meant to provide financial support for communities in exchange for influence, ranks, debts, etc. But as most people know in regards to debt, loans are rarely paid back if there isn't any enforcement. Investment options for limited items were also proposed, but there wasn't enough demand for short term delays for long term benefits. Later on, the group was used as a figurehead association for donations. Now the group is almost entirely used for personal fund transfers and private payments.
