Description
October 1999 — The season is over. The fighting isn’t. October 1999 — A deteriorating coastal town built around an old fighting circuit. The tourist season has ended, businesses are closing, and the ferry barely operates. Locals, wandering fighters, and outsiders spend their nights around the harbour, old gym, arcade, market, diner, and seawall.
