Hello if you are a cafe or restaurant we will be inspecting you every week or so. We will ask everyone how the food it. Your restaurant will get # strikes until it's shut down. Each strike is givin to your restaurant if you get # complaints about your food. So you have # week and # strikes that you get every week we come and get # complaints. We also judge how long it takes for your restaurant to cook your food. If you cook it right you wont get a strike. The food cooking strikes are called Food Poison/Nasty Tasting Food.
