Description

𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐃𝐢𝐨𝐬𝐤𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐬 __________________ The Dioskouroi (meaning Boys of Zeus), Castor and Polydeuces, were the star-crowned, twin gods of the two helenes (known in modern times as St. Elmo's fire)--an electrical discharge which appears on the rigging of ships portending deliverance from a storm. Because of this, they were considered the patrons of sailors. Furthermore, they are gods of horsemanship and the protectors of travelers.
