Eastern Orthodoxy of Aberon #3189990
Description
The land of Aberon was once ruled by the mighty Aberonian Empire. However when the Aberonian Empire fell the empire was split in half for a period of time before it was completely dissolved. The Eastern half however lives on to this day, while it's western counterpart believed in Aberonian Catholicism the Eastern Aberonian Empire adopted a version of the faith revised by the first leader of the Cydantines. This faith was known as Eastern Orthodoxy. Eastern Orthodoxy in Aberon has existed since it was founded by the Cydantine Empire. It has no known religious orders and is simply believed in by actual nations instead of holy orders. They believe in similar beliefs to Aberonian Catholicism with a major difference. They do not recognize the Pope having authority over mankind. The world is now in chaos with religious wars and conquering nations closing in around the last few nations believing in Orthodoxy, will the religion stand the test of time or be dissolved like other religions?
