<Log start> <August 23rd, 2020.> "Tell the transmitter what happened, people need to know." "Site-19 was planned to by built prior to 1964, but due to a nearby anomalous event to the build site a new plan was constructed. Mega Site-13, the biggest to have been constructed at the time. In reality it was outdated and was reused heavily due to the cost it took to build it. While the current plan was to build it in the American Midwest it was moved to a remote location in Alaska, where it could hide in plain sight away from civilians. When the USSR collapsed in 1985 it was discovered they never knew the site existed, let alone where it was. When a extremist detonated an anomalous bomb at the base of the Manchester tower the US defunded the Foundation... We only had one group to turn to, the GOC. After Site-13 disappeared things broke down. Mass containment breaches, the Foundation was disbanded. We are all that's left, and we are the council, broadcasting from Lunar Site-32." <Log end>
