Description
The Union of Independent Republics or Independent Alliances was the chief rival power to the Coalition of Ordered Governments during the Pendulum Wars for many natural resources. It was a collection of resource-poor nations with shared grievances that formed a military, cultural and economical alliance; the UIR was therefore a superstate that reached superpower status. Little information is known about the Union. The UIR used a mix of tactics to fight the COG, ranging from sabotage attacks on Imulsion pipelines, to a fully mechanized army that fought COG troops.
