Description
Located in the cold wilderness of Alaska, Armed Containment Facility designated Delta was established in 1993, decommissioned in 2013, and later reactivated in 2023 under authorization from the O5 Council. Since then, Armed Containment Facility - Delta has been known for containing some of the Foundation’s most dangerous anomalies and housing notorious criminals. Facility Delta is overseen by its Site Director under the United States Property Administrator appointed by the Council. Unlike other SCPFs, ACF - Delta lacks an active O5 Council or Administrator as a role here, though their existence is acknowledged in lore. Only Level 5 personnel possess knowledge of their details.
