The group finds itself in an alternate history in which after the brutal events of the Japanese-Chinese War, the Nationalist Republic of China collapses into a plot of Warlord states. Of the few, The Liaoning Realm quickly Industrialised and established it's dominance under the leadership of the Emperor. Now in the 1950s, it remains a country few would reckon with.
