Description
The Eastern Noobian Cartel, (CDNO), was established in the late 1950s as people started to get "hooked". Since then, the cartel has been a major player in the rural coastal parts of East Noobia, with increasing operations occuring in the west as well. In the East, the CDNO has very strong relations with the government, and its not uncommon to see the Autodefensa, (The cartel's security force) fighting alongside East Noobian troops, especially with the West attempting to crack down on CDNO operations. Type: Sub-Group YOU MUST BE IN THE 3ND GROUP TO ADVANCE FURTHER IN THIS GROUP.
