---Goals--- Our aim is to become a Warlord crew. As a crewmember, you'll be working to help us achieve it. I will have full authority over all of the crewmates. On top of that, punishments will be harsh. This is because I want the crew to have perfect cooperation. Questioning my decisions and giving feedback is allowed, however, you will not go against my decisions, unless I change my commands. ---Ranking system--- Depending on how many people are in the crew, there will be a few executives. These executives are in charge of a set amount of people, but still have to follow the captain's commands. The captain can still command individual armada members. The primary armada will be the strongest armada of the crew, with their leader being the captain. Though they can't command other armadas, they do not have to follow orders from executives. Thanks to this system, I still have full control over the crew, but others are able to help stabilize it. ---Allies--- Teaparty Pirates
