Description
The College of Arms is the heraldic authority within the United Kingdom. Led by the Earl Marshal and the Principal King of Arms, all who hold titles needing a coat of arms shall have to register it with the College of Arms. The College of Arms consists of Kings of Arms, Heralds of Arms and Persuviants of Arms.
