Description
The Arkansas Court, is the last surviving Governmental Department in the State of Arkansas, whilst there's multiple battle's over the territory in Arkansas, even thought the hostile civilians are attacking the National Guard and the United Nations, the law should be abided in the worst times. The Supreme Court is the highest court, and possesses both original and appellate jurisdiction; it also acts as the highest court of appeal and protectors of the Constitution. State District Courts are the lower tiered courts who possess original jurisdiction and are lead by a Chief Judge - whose authority is a lesser equivalent to that of the Chief Justice. ---- Founded on the April, 4th 2023
