島津氏 - Shimazu/Satsuma 2017 FJ Shimazu/Satsuma Clan, by MANFELIX_NZ FELIX'S LOYAL RETAINERS ▭▬▭▬▭▬▭▬▭▬▭▬▭▬▭▬▭▬▭▬▭▬▭▬▭▬▭ After the failure of the two Satsuma Rebellions against the dominant Miyoshi Shogunate, veterans and outcasts from the war made their way in vessels from the clan's remaining fleet to the East towards Tokaido, where Satsuma's first allies were. These men went back into common lives, becoming peasant soldiers, Ashigaru, for other lords or going back to a commoner's life. Until now, Satsuma and her adjoining families now gather again in full strength to avenge WobuWobungo and the fallen soldiers at Bungo, where the final strategic battle was fought against the Shogun.
